what we offer

Energized Enterprise Well-Being services are provided in-person for So Cal organizations in San Diego County and in Orange County. Classes, sessions, and assessments are customized to meet the unique needs of each individual and organization. Services are in compliance with all local, state & federal laws. Energized Enterprise services display links to scientific based studies and benefits.

Availability And Scheduling

All Well-Being Services are available in either individual or group sessions. Individual sessions for your employees/clients are booked as half-day, or full-day. Time slots are either 25-minutes or 55-minutes. Group sessions are 1-hour.

Class or Individual Sessions

Nutrition classes, sessions and assessments are healing, educational, and transformational. Individuals will see and feel improvements in health, energy, focus, appearance, and overall well-being. As Hypocrites said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

  • Strategies for mindful eating, versus emotional eating and cravings
  • Suggestions for meal planning
  • Guided meditation for intuitive eating
  • Overall education on correlation of food to mental, emotional-spiritual, and physical well-being

Individual Sessions Only

Balance sessions and assessments serve to identify and adjust imbalance in mental, emotional-spiritual, and physical equilibrium. Individuals will see and feel improvements in health, energy, focus, flow, and overall well-being.


  • Identifying imbalances in mental, emotional-spiritual, and physical energy output
  • Adjusting imbalances to enhance mind-emotion-spirit-physical equilibrium
  • Developing simple daily action steps to independently and instantaneously shift, re-balance, and feel a positive experience

  • Lowered stress, pain, and blood pressure levels
  • Increased ability to relax and create
  • Identification of strategies and steps for maintaining and advancing mental, emotional, and physical balance in and out of the workplace

Mindful Movement


Mindful Movement classes awaken and adjust the body to its innate power, flexibility, and posture. Individuals will establish a practice that enables them to overcome physical challenges more easily and attain peak performance.


  • Creating a customized movement experience tailored to the individual’s unique needs and abilities
  • Breathing; Stretching; Dynamic warm-ups; Strength Training; Yoga; Dance

Outcomes and Benefits:

  • Improved flexibility, balance, strength, muscle tone, and optimal weight
  • Greater connection between mind, emotion, and body
  • Awareness of space between self and environment
  • Injury prevention and ability to perform standing, sitting, lifting, and bending postures
  • Elevated self-esteem



Energy Adjustment sessions and assessments relieve emotional and physical stress to bring a state of calm and equilibrium. Individuals will receive one-on-one assessments and interviews to determine what degree inner and physical energy is blocked or imbalanced. For example, these may include aromatherapy, sound therapy, guided breathing, and visualization.


  • Guided deep relaxation, meditation, and breathwork enable the body and mind to release any mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual blockages.
  • Aroma therapy; therapeutic use of essential oils; focus on body energy centers; natural elements to ground or move mind-emotion-body energy
  • Sound healing

Sound Therapy/Guided Meditation classes serve to quiet the mind chatter, calm tension and anxiety. Subsequently, this centers the individual in the stream of concentration and connection with self. Seated or reclined, the individual is submerged in healing sounds & guided in customized breathing, calming, grounding, and connection practices.


  • Taking a “time out” to identify and release anxiety, self-criticism, stress, anger, confusion, frustration, and overwhelm
  • Migrating out of Beta wave levels (over thinking), stimulating Alpha and Gamma waves (creative), to open problem solving channels and improve memory
  • High-frequency mind-calming instruments, sounds, and essential oils
  • Conducting a new self-dialogue to create a more peaceful, confident, and happier state of being

Envisioning classes, sessions and assessments strengthen the individual’s ability to create an internal (and external) vision of a desired outcome. Hence, it is created from the clarity and focused vision. Seated upright, the individual is guided in quieting the mind and environment and creating a visual of what is desired.


  • Guided visualization provides clarity on a goal, dream, or desire, in work, creativity, ability, emotion, physicality, finance, or relationship
  • Powerful manifesting dialogue declaring desired professional or personal goals
  • Visualizing and feeling outcomes as already accomplished, experienced, or received
